December card #2

I had to get today's card finished and posted early since we have so much going on after school today.

Materials:
SEI pattern paper
I just had the lace in a kit so I don't know where it came from
Sprakle ric rac - Really Reasonable Ribbon
Metal Letters - Scrap Metal

Challenges:
Paper Playtime - Christmas Carol Inspired (Joy to the World)
City Crafter - Blue Christmas
CCEE Stampers - Use lace
