December card 13

I have several family birthdays in January so I thought I better get started on the cards.  This one is for my niece who is turning 20.  Inside the card the message says "You're 20 today."

Materials:
All pattern paper - Cosmo Cricket
Chipboard buckle - Cosmo Cricket
Flowers - cut from Cosmo Cricket paper
Ribbon - Really Reasonable Ribbon
Ink - CTMH
Bird stamp - Imaginisce
Sentiment stamp - American crafts
