May card #7

I did this card just for fun and it happened to work for some challenges as well. I colored the image from Meljen with new markers I got the other day and used some really old pattern paper. It's so old I don't know who the manufacturers are.

The card meets the following challenges:

Flowers (on the pattern paper) - CCEE Stampers
Anything Goes - Shelly's Images
Digital Image - 2 Sisters
Anything Goes - I Did It Creations
Anything Goes - Truly Scrumptious

A Killer Plot by Ellery Adams

A Killer Plot (A Books by the Bay Mystery, #1)

Finally finished a book yesterday!  I enjoyed getting to know Olivia a little at a time. She is an interesting, but different protagonist and I liked the change. The setting sounds absolutely amazing! And although I'm not really a dog person, Haviland makes me want a standard poodle for Emma.  For a more complete description of the book and to read more reviews go to Goodreads

1st layout of 2011

Finally, ten days into 2011, I was able to sit at my scrap table and do a layout.  My crafty goals this year is to clean up my scrap space downstairs and use what I have!  These papers and stickers are from a kit that I bought on sale at Hobby Lobby.  I added the felt border by Queen and Co.  The pictures are of my kiddos back in 2008 coloring Easter eggs and decorating cookies. I also used a sketch but was too late to post it.
