I made this layout for The Paper Variety challenge this week.  I used some old Scenic Route paper and a sketch from Nuts About Sketches.  These pictures are of my niece and son receiving awards at the assembly back in 2008.

A Killer Plot by Ellery Adams

Finally finished a book yesterday!  I enjoyed getting to know Olivia a little at a time. She is an interesting, but different protagonist and I liked the change. The setting sounds absolutely amazing! And although I'm not really a dog person, Haviland makes me want a standard poodle for Emma.  For a more complete description of the book and to read more reviews go to Goodreads

February card #2

I clean and simple Valentine card for my husband.  Neither one of us is into Valentine's day, so this is as sentimental as we get.  Inside is a stamped sentiment "Be Mine."

February card #1

I don't send many Valentine cards, but my kids wanted to send one to their grandma and this is what I came up with.  I used an old card sketch that I printed off some time ago and I neglected to write where it came from.
